Terms of Service

ShopSphere is provided to invited businesses only. By signing in you agree to use the product to contact people in a lawful, non-spam way based on public posts and authorized platform APIs.

Accounts

Access is invite-only. You must keep your password confidential. Admins may disable access at any time.

Platforms

We use official APIs (including Meta Graph, Ad Library, LinkedIn Marketing / Community Management APIs, Google Custom Search, YouTube, and others) under those providers' terms. We do not scrape Facebook or LinkedIn behind a login. You are responsible for how you message leads.

Data

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Meta users can use Facebook app settings. LinkedIn members can use data deletion or /api/linkedin/deletion.

Liability

The service is provided as-is for internal business use. We do not guarantee a volume of leads from any platform.
